Lance brings extensive expertise to designing, managing, and implementing large-scale IT and network infrastructure. His deep technical knowledge across Microsoft, Apple, and Linux ecosystems is paired with strong proficiency in key educational technologies and modern learning platforms—including Ikamva (UWC LMS), Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, and blended learning methodologies. Passionate about innovation, Lance actively explores the transformative potential of AI and Generative AI in higher education, with a focus on their social and ethical dimensions as well as their impacts on future employment and curricula.
